MSL Global Limited (formerly known as Madhusudan Securities Limited) was incorporated in the year 1983 and is a BSE-listed public company. The Company traces its origins to the fabrics, garments and manufacturing trade, a heritage of more than four decades in Indian enterprise.
Today, MSL Global operates as an investment holding company. Rather than a single line of business, the Company deploys long-term capital into promising enterprises and sectors, taking meaningful — and often majority — positions where it can support sound governance and durable growth.
Among its recent ventures is an investment in ComplianceKart, a carbon market and climate technology company — one part of a deliberately broad mandate, as the Company continues to evaluate further opportunities across sectors.
